OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk is not a Multiple Listing Service nor is it affiliated with any Multiple Listing Service. The professionals of OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk do not represent you when you advertise property on OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk. You do not sign a listing contract when you advertise on OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk, and you do not pay a commission to OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk when you sell your property.

The content and services on OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk are provided "As-Is" and on a best efforts basis. OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk will provide adequate control and oversight to ensure that the site and its contents are available to all users.
