Advertise your property online: 50 Euros (4.167€ PCM)
This is the basic fee for inclusion on our advertising pages.Our online advertising system allows you to add all the information about your property plus a maximum of ten photographs of the property. Once submitted we manually review, edit and enter the information to ensure your property is advertised at its best. The advertisement will run for twelve months, if after this period you need to re-advertise your property then we offer a 10% discount.

Advertise your property online and include a video tour: 75 Euros (6.25€ PCM)
As per the basic advertisement but with the added benefit of a video tour. You will need to shoot your video before advertising your property and upload it along with your property details and photographs. See our "Video tour information" and "Video tour demonstration" pages for more details. The advertise,ent period is for twelve months, if after this period you need to re-advertise your property then we offer a 10% discount on this service.

Property advertisement visit: 85 Euros (7.08€ PCM)
If you would prefer us to visit your property, write the description and take the photographs then we are happy to do so. As with online advertising we will include a maximum of ten photographs of your property on our database. Simply contact us to make an appointment. The advertisement will run for twelve months, if after this period you need to re-advertise your property then we offer a 10% discount on this service.

Property advertisement visit and video tour: 105 Euros (8.75€ PCM)
As with a standard property advertising visit we will attend your property and take all the neccesary sale details and photographs, plus film your video tour for you. The advertisement will run for twelve months, if after this period you need to re-advertise your property then we offer a 10% discount on this service.

Accompanied viewing: 45 Euros (Per viewing)
For absent owners we will happily show buyers around your property on your behalf. The buyer will be guided around your property by a property consultant who is knowledgable about the local area and is able to answer your buyers questions. This service is also available to non-absent owners who would prefer a consultant to guide buyers around your property.

Keyholding: Free of charge
For absent owners who require us to hold keys to their properties we provide a free keyholding service. If you require us to allow access to third partiessuch as workmen, we charge a small hourly fee of €15 per hour or part thereof.

Property deeds and related documents:
Please note that we DO NOT hold property deeds and other such documents on your behalf, nor do we ask for or accept power of attorney. These services should be obtained through your legal representative.
