Advertising your property is fully automated and you can upload pictures of your property as well as all the details about your property. Once you submit the information we will enter it on to our property database for buyers to view. We will read through the information you send and if neccesary edit or re-write it to ensure that your property is marketed professionally and is presented in its best light.

If you would prefer us to visit your property and take the pictures for you then no problem, simply contact us for an appointment and we will arrange for a local consultant to visit you. We have an extensive network of experienced property professionals available in all coastal and many inland regions of Spain.

The property advertising process will ask if you require us to hold keys on your behalf, show potential buyers around, handle email and telephone calls on your behalf etc..

The only fee payable at this stage is the basic advertisement fee, we do of course charge for services other than advertising although you will find our fees are extremely reasonable. Details of all fees and services are available on our "Services" page.
