Normally when you buy a property in Spain it is you, the buyer, who pays the estate agents commission fees - not the vendor. These fees range from about 5% of the vendors required price up to whatever the agent feels he can "get away with".

You will notice after looking through the properties listed on our database (click here to search) that they are substantially cheaper than other agents.

The reason is quite simple - we do not charge commission fees, simply a registration fee to the seller, so you can save thousands of euros. All the properties here are for sale direct from the owner - with a helping hand from us.

So as to make everyones life a lot easier we offer a variety of services to both buyers and sellers, so if you don't know your way around Spain then we will for a small fee arrange viewings for you and take you to the properties you wish to see.
