The professionals of OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk do not represent you when you advertise property on OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk. You do not sign a listing contract when you advertise on OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk, and you do not pay a commission to OwnersDirectSpain.co.uk when you sell your property.
