To assist you in buying
a property in Spain we have a variety
of services available. Whilst we do have
to charge for these services the cost
to you will be minimal compared to the
commission fees you would normally expect
to pay with other agents. Remember we
do not charge either you or the seller
any sales commission fees.
Basic documentation:
65 Euros
Our guide will assist you in the application
for an NIE number and setting up a Spanish
bank account, both are necessary to purchase
property. The NIE number is your foreigners
identity number. The guide will also advise
you to instruct a lawyer to deal with
the purchase documentation on your behalf.
Day guide: 120
Euros (0930hrs - 1830hrs)
Our guide and vehicle will be at your
service for the day. The guide will transport
you to viewings, meetings with your banker,
lawyers etc, and be on hand to answer
your questions. The price includes travel
up to a maximum of 100 Km. Over 100Km
is charged at 50 cents per Km.
Booking and payment:
Initial booking should be made by either
telephone or email - we will confirm your
requirements by telephone. Payment should
be made to the guide on the day in cash,
you will receive a receipt for payment
- we avoid card payments as they are expensive
to process.
