Dobrinishte village is only 6 km south of the popular ski resort Bansko.
It is one of the largest villages in the country with a population of over
3000 inhabitants.
There are 17 mineral springs with water temperature between 30 and 43 degrees
Celsius, as well as a big mineral public bath.
There are a number of private hotels in the village as well as a House of
Tourism. Also many typical national restaurants (mehana), shops, bars, disco,
school, etc.
There is a bus line to Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Razlog, Bansko, Gotse Delchev,
etc. The bus station is near the railway station, about 1 km east of Dobrinishte.
The town is a point of departure to Gotse Delchev, Mocharata, Bezbog and
the ski-center at Bezbog.
Dobrinishte has own skiing facilities - ski piste and chair lift. The village
has a very good potential to turn into a modern ski resort.
The proximity of Bansko (only 6 km), where huge funds were invested to develop
it as the most modern ski resort in Bulgaria is another reason for the good
