Situated on the beautiful Black Sea coast, with a population of 2330 people,
the town of Byala is a small traditional Bulgarian settlement. Famous for
crystal blue sea and sandy beaches, and its thriving wine industry, Byala
is becoming a much sought after residential area.
Only 50 km south from the Bulgarian Sea capital Varna and just 40 km north
of the town of Burgas, its panoramic views make it the perfect spot for
a flexible holiday or for wise investors.
Founded in the 3rd century, Byala has interesting history. Remains of an
ancient fortress can still be viewed and the historical white cliffs (hence
the name Byala, “white”) that surround the secluded sandy beach
have been found to contain dinosaur remains.
Entertainment can be found at anyone of the local restaurants. Here you
can sample some of the fresh fish that the local anglers daily catch and
sell on the harbour. Transport is readily available with regular buses to
Varna.
