Is the service available everywhere in southern Andalucia?
In most areas yes it is possible to connect you to the internet, however there are some locations which due to geographic or signal problems where a connection may not be possible - we will be happy to carry out a pre installation survey for you for a nominal fee. Top
Can you install the system in my boat or caravan?
Yes it is possible for the equipment to be installed in boats, caravans, mobile homes and even trucks. Please bear in mind though that we cannot guarantee a signal other than at the original installation location.Top
How large is the aerial
The antennas we install are approximately 30cm high by 60cm wide (1 foot x 2 feet) and can be mounted in various locations. For optimum performance we reccommend that the cable run does not exceed 15 metres maximum.Top
What are the minimum system requirements on my computer?
Windows 98, 2000, XP Home or Professional with at least 256Mb RAM and 100Mb free disk space. Additionally your computer will require at least one free USB port. At present we are unable to provide service to Mac and Linux users. Top
If I move house can I take the system with me?
Certainly, although we will not be able to guarantee a signal. Should you wish we can carry out a survey on your behalf to ensure a signal is present at your new home and re install the equipment for you. Please contact us for a quotation. Top

What is VoIP?
VoIP is an abbreviation for "Voice over Internet Protocol". This is a technology which enables computer users to use real time voice communications in exactly the same way as they would with a telephone. The difference is that you don't need a phone line - everything is done via your computer or laptop.Top
How do I get free phone calls - nothing is free?
Free calls can be made using the VoIP telephone software which we will install for you. Calls made using VoIP are only free to other VoIP users, most people use the SKYPE system, although for business users other more sophisticated systems are available. Calls to traditional land lines and mobiles can also be made from your computer. usually the VoIP system provider will charge a small fee for this service. Typically calls can be made to UK land lines from Spain for approximately 1.5 cents per minute or less, calls to mobiles are set at a higher tariff.Top
How long does the installation take?
Normally the installation and set up process would last about two and a half to three hours - this will include our engineer demonstrating to you how to use the software.Top
Do you provide a guarantee?
Yes we do. All cabling, antennas, hardware and workmanship are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of installation.Top
